WHAT IS THE INCLUSIVE HUB?

The Inclusive Hub was created back in 2016, initially to help children with Autism and ADHD take part in fun based boxing sessions. Each session grew in numbers and also in ranges of abilities taking part. We now support thousands of people living with additional needs like Down Syndrome, Wheelchair Users, Mental, Physical, Hearing and Visual Impairment. We also provide inclusive fitness sessions for people with life threatening illnesses like Parkinsons Disease, heart issues, Multiple Sclerosis, bereavement and social isolation.

The Inclusive Hub provide bespoke inclusive fitness, community and educational sessions to schools, colleges and care groups across Merseyside.

COMMUNITY INITIATIVES

Since the start of the Covid Pandemic in 2020, the Inclusive Hub have hand packed and delivered thousands of food hampers to local families across Liverpool. Our food initiative still runs to this day as we identify families in need around Bootle and surrounding areas.

Our Community Group also support families with hanging baskets, clothes, books and chats over a coffee in our Wellness Garden.
